Please note that we ask for a standard processing time of up to two business days (not including weekends or holidays) from the time your order is placed. A 'Processing' status means that your order has not yet been shipped.
You can request an order change or cancellation from your Plus Nine Five account, under Order History. From there you can choose from the 'Modify' menu to submit a request for your pending orders. Your order will be on hold until our Customer Care team can review your request.
